<reviewbody>Vaguely reminds me of those Pink Floyd anthems, like "We don't need no education" or "Whatever happened to the post-war dream" etc. The film itself is PAL (24 frames a second) So at least with my home software made a not so nice looking DVD in NTSC (30 frames)- animation is jittery and angular lines become pixelated. A little contrast and color saturation helps a lot!
As far as content goes, quite interesting as Britain rebuilds from the war. Look at all the things baby has to look forward to! Every last detail of these new schools is so very carefully managed and planned out. In truth, rivals "Industry on Parade" (Prelinger) for the weirdest things a person can watch on their TV set. LOL Stream it first to see if you can handle it....</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>Beautifully animated short about a baby wondering what life and Britain will be like when he comes down to earth (he's in heaven until the time comes). The nurse just glows about how wonderful wonderful is. With the plush animation, it's hard not to be sucked in and believe everything here. A fun cartoon!</reviewbody>
